We are conducting a public auction on behalf of the entitled party, in the name and for the account of such party, based on the contractor’s statutory lien pursuant to Section 647 of the German Civil Code (BGB), on Friday, 27 July 2026, from 12:00 noon. One vehicle key is available. The Registration Certificate Part I (vehicle registration document) is available. Due to the prolonged period of non-use, any defects or damage cannot be conclusively determined. Routine servicing is overdue, including, but not limited to, engine oil, brake fluid, transmission oil and other scheduled maintenance. The rear left tyre is defective. The convertible soft top is not watertight, resulting in water ingress. The interior shows localised mould growth. In addition, the vehicle has scratches to the side panel, front bumper and rear bumper. The vehicle will be sold by public auction in its present condition. No further technical inspection or mechanical examination has been carried out.
