The auction will be conducted as an online live auction on Friday, 23 October 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Bids may be submitted in writing, by telephone or by advance online bidding until 23 October 2026. Participation in the auction is subject to registration being completed by 6:00 p.m. on 22 October 2026. Written bids received in advance will be taken into consideration. Auctioneer: F. Eberhard Ostermayer, publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer Lot One Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicle, model Mercedes-AMG C 43, first registered on 12 November 2018, with an odometer reading of 87,112 kilometres. A new GTC replacement engine has been installed by an authorised Mercedes-Benz workshop. The replacement engine has a recorded mileage of 699 kilometres and is covered by a full warranty. A digital service record and one vehicle key are available. No vehicle registration documents are available. We shall issue a certificate confirming that the vehicle was acquired in good faith at a public auction pursuant to section 935(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB). This certificate may be used to apply for the issue of replacement vehicle registration documents.
