Acting on behalf of the entitled party, in the name and for the account of a third party, we shall sell the following property by public online live auction pursuant to the warehouse keeper’s statutory lien under section 475b of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch – HGB) on Friday, 23 October 2026, at 12:00 noon. Bids may be submitted in writing, by telephone or by way of advance online bidding until 23 July 2026.
