Lot number 1 - Public Auction on 7 September 2026 of 17 Dosto 94 Double-Deck Regional Trains (Classes 751, 756, 761 and 762)

On behalf of and under the authority of the entitled parties, we shall conduct a public auction in their name and for their account, based on the warehouse keeper’s statutory lien pursuant to section 475b of the German Commercial Code (HGB), on Monday, 7 September 2026, commencing at 12:00 noon. Bids may be submitted in writing, by telephone or as advance bids until 6 September 2026. Online bidding will also be available. Each bid shall be deemed to have been submitted on the basis of the bidder’s own examination and assessment. By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that he has independently inspected the auction property or has knowingly waived the opportunity to do so. The lot shall be awarded to the highest bid received at the place of auction on the day of the auction or submitted personally during the auction. Prior registration and payment of a deposit of EUR 1.00 for identity verification are required in order to participate in the auction. Buyer’s Premium The successful bidder shall be charged a buyer’s premium on the hammer price, plus VAT at the statutory rate of 19% on the buyer’s premium, calculated in accordance with the following scale:

25% plus VAT for a hammer price of up to EUR 99,999.00

18% plus VAT for a hammer price from EUR 100,000.00 to EUR 199,999.99

15 % plus VAT for a hammer price from EUR 200,000.00 to EUR 349,999.99

12% plus VAT for a hammer price from EUR 350,000.00 to EUR 499,999.99

10% plus VAT for a hammer price from EUR 500,000.00 to EUR 699,999.99

8 % plus VAT for a hammer price from EUR 700,000.00 to EUR 999,999.99

6 % plus VAT for a hammer price from EUR 1,000,000.00 to EUR 3,999,999.99

 3 % plus VAT for a hammer price of EUR 4,000,000.00 or more

Important Notice From a technical perspective, types 751, 756, 761 and 762 are double-deck intermediate coaches and double-deck driving trailer coaches, respectively. The necessary operating authorisation may be obtained. The minimum opening bid shall correspond to the recycling value of the metal. The auction is conducted on the basis of the warehouse keeper’s statutory lien pursuant to section 475b of the German Commercial Code (HGB). The auction property constitutes a substantial fleet package. The offer is aimed primarily at railway undertakings, rolling-stock leasing companies and international rolling-stock dealers operating locomotive-hauled regional or replacement passenger services. The opportunity is likely to be of particular interest to purchasers that already operate Dosto 94 coaches or have previously acquired vehicles of the same design.
