We are conducting a public auction on behalf of the entitled party, in the name and for the account of such party, based on the contractor’s statutory lien pursuant to Section 647 of the German Civil Code (BGB), on Friday, 27 March 2026, from 12:00 noon. Bids will be accepted in writing, by telephone, or in advance here by pre-bids until 26 March 2026, as well as through online bidding. The highest bid submitted in person or available at the place and time of the auction on the auction date shall receive the knockdown. Any bid shall be deemed submitted on the basis of the bidder’s own examination and assessment. By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that he has independently examined the auction lot or has consciously waived such examination. Participation in the auction is subject to prior registration and the transfer of a deposit in the amount of EUR 1.00 for identification purposes. Eberhard Ostermayer Publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer Auction Lot Porsche 911 S, VIN 9117200503 Offered for auction is a Porsche 911 S Coupé with sunroof (USA re-import), first registered in 1977, with an engine capacity of 2.7 litres and an output of 121 kW / 165 hp. The recorded odometer reading is 76,493 miles. As the vehicle is fitted with a five-digit odometer only, the actual total mileage cannot be reliably determined. The vehicle’s original colour is unknown. It is currently painted in “Limegreen”; the paintwork was applied in 2021. The vehicle is in fully disassembled condition. The body shell is stored on a rolling frame for a Porsche 911, which is not included in the auction. Collection and loading of the vehicle must therefore be carried out by crane or other suitable lifting equipment. The engine was repaired in 2020 and completed cost-effectively using both new and used spare parts. Damage resulting from prolonged storage cannot be excluded. The gearbox was overhauled in 2021. The vehicle is largely complete; however, all major assemblies and components, in particular the brakes, axles, tyres and wheels, lines, seals, chrome parts, lighting components, electrical equipment, the complete interior and the dashboard instruments, require refurbishment or replacement.
