In the name and on behalf of the entitled parties, we shall conduct a public auction, in the name of and for the account of third parties, on the basis of the landlord’s statutory lien pursuant to Section 562 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as a single aggregate lot, subject to the condition that the premises be cleared and left broom-clean, on Thursday, 21 May 2026, from 12:00 noon. Bids may be submitted in writing, by telephone, and by way of advance bids until 26 May 2026. In addition, online bidding will be possible. Any bid shall be deemed to have been submitted on the basis of the bidder’s own examination and assessment. By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that he has independently inspected the auction item or has consciously waived such inspection.
