Auction Lot 100% of the shares in CL Kneitlingen GmbH, Berlin, registered with the Commercial Register of the Local Court (Amtsgericht) Berlin under HRB 282068. We will conduct a public auction on behalf of the entitled party, in the name and for the account of the principal, based on a contractual pledge, on Monday, 23 March 2026 starting at 12:00 p.m. Bids may be submitted in writing, by telephone, or in advance as pre-bids until 21 March 2026, or by online bidding.
