We are conducting a public auction on behalf of the entitled party, in the name and for the account of such party, based on the contractor’s statutory lien pursuant to Section 475 b of the German Civil Code (HGB), on Friday, 27 May 2026, from 12:00 noon. Bids will be accepted in writing, by telephone, or in advance here by pre-bids until 26 March 2026, as well as through online bidding. The highest bid submitted in person or available at the place and time of the auction on the auction date shall receive the knockdown.
