We are conducting a public auction on behalf of the entitled party, in the name and for the account of such party, based on the contractor’s statutory lien pursuant to Section 475 b of the German Civil Code (HGB), on Wednesday, 03 June 2026, from 12:00 noon. Bids will be accepted in writing, by telephone, or in advance here by pre-bids until 26 March 2026, as well as through online bidding. The highest bid submitted in person or available at the place and time of the auction on the auction date shall receive the knockdown. Any bid shall be deemed submitted on the basis of the bidder’s own examination and assessment. By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that he has independently examined the auction lot or has consciously waived such examination. The auction lot consists of a larger quantity of marketable new goods with broad sales potential in stationary retail, online retail, platform-based commerce, surplus stock trading and export. The product groups are of particular interest to commercial resellers, wholesalers, surplus stock dealers, online retailers, promotional goods traders and exporters. According to the information available, the products, or comparable articles, have been distributed through well-known sales channels including Decathlon, Amazon, SportScheck, Otto, Zalando, Kaufland, Galaxus and other providers.
