is conducted on behalf of the entitled party\, in its name and for its acc
ount\, as an online live auction pursuant to Section 338 of the German Civi
l Code (BGB) and is based on the warehouse keeper's statutory lien pursuant

Written bids and registrations for telephone bidding (a written se

dder Registration and Deposit In accordance with the German Money Launderin
g Act (GwG) and applicable auction regulations\, we are legally required to
verify the identity of every bidder. Therefore\, registration requires pay
ment of a EUR 1.00 security deposit by bank transfer under auction number 2
606 The transfer must originate from a bank account held in the bidder's ow
n name. Payments from third-party accounts cannot be accepted. The deposit
serves exclusively for identification purposes and authorises participation
in the auction. Where previous payment defaults or doubts regarding a bidd
er's financial capacity exist\, we reserve the right to require an addition
al security deposit of up to the estimated purchase price. The amount of su
ch deposit shall be determined by the auctioneer conducting the auction. Th
e security deposit will either: be credited against the purchase price\, or
be refunded after completion of the auction. Should the successful bidder
