br />Participation in the auction is restricted to natural persons of full 
legal capacity and companies acting through legal representatives who are t
hemselves of full legal capacity. Timely prior registration and confirmatio
n of registration by us are mandatory requirements for participation. The b
idder must submit the following documents in due time: a copy of the bidder
&rsquo\;s identity card or passport\; in the case of a company\, an extract
 from the Commercial Register identifying the bidder as its managing direct
or\; where applicable\, an additional power of attorney issued by the manag

t is called. Security Deposit and Identity Verification Under the German Mo
ney Laundering Act\, we are required to establish the identity of every bid
der. Public auctions are also independently subject to identity-verificatio
n requirements. Accordingly\, a security deposit of &euro\;1.00 must be tra
nsferred in advance from a personal bank account held in the name of the bi
dder or registrant. Receipt of this payment is a prerequisite for admission
 to the auction. Payments from bank accounts held by third parties cannot b
e accepted. Where we are aware of previous instances of insolvency or unwil
lingness to pay on the part of a prospective purchaser\, we reserve the rig
ht to require an additional security deposit of up to the anticipated aucti
on proceeds. The anticipated auction proceeds will be estimated by the auct
ioneer appointed to conduct the auction. Following completion of the auctio
n\, the security deposit will either be credited towards the amount payable
 or refunded. If the auctioned property is not collected after the lot has 
been knocked down\, or if Clauses 14 or 15 of the Conditions of Auction are
 breached\, the security deposit will become immediately forfeitable to us 
as a contractual penalty. <br /><br /><strong>Buyer&rsquo\;s Premium</stron
g> <br />The successful bidder must pay a buyer&rsquo\;s premium. Statutory
 VAT at the rate of 19% will be charged on the buyer&rsquo\;s premium. The 
following scale applies: Hammer price up to &euro\;99\,999.00: 25% buyer&rs
quo\;s premium plus VAT Hammer price from &euro\;100\,000.00 to &euro\;199\
,999.99: 18% buyer&rsquo\;s premium plus VAT Hammer price from &euro\;200\,
000.00 to &euro\;349\,999.99: 15% buyer&rsquo\;s premium plus VAT Hammer pr
ice from &euro\;350\,000.00 to &euro\;499\,999.99: 12% buyer&rsquo\;s premi
um plus VAT Hammer price from &euro\;500\,000.00 to &euro\;699\,999.99: 10%
 buyer&rsquo\;s premium plus VAT Hammer price from &euro\;700\,000.00 to &e
uro\;999\,999.99: 6% buyer&rsquo\;s premium plus VAT Hammer price from &eur
o\;1\,000\,000.00 to &euro\;3\,999\,999.99: 3% buyer&rsquo\;s premium plus 
VAT Hammer price of &euro\;4\,000\,000.00 or more: 2% buyer&rsquo\;s premiu
m plus VAT Fall of the Hammer and Transfer of Risk The hammer price\, exclu
ding the buyer&rsquo\;s premium\, will be invoiced without VAT. Risk in the
 auctioned property passes to the successful bidder upon the fall of the ha
mmer. Payment Payment must be made immediately in euros by one of the follo
wing methods: instant online bank transfer\; bidders should have their auth
entication device or PhotoTAN application available\; real-time or expedite
d bank transfer\, to be arranged with the bidder&rsquo\;s bank in advance\;
 LZB cheque\; or irrevocably bank-certified cheque. We act in a fiduciary c
apacity and are required to ensure that payment is made immediately. Bank t
ransfers made at a later date therefore cannot be accepted. <br /><br /><st
rong>Language of the Auction</strong> <br /><br />The auction will be condu
cted exclusively in German. Any person of full legal capacity\, regardless 
of country of residence\, is welcome to participate in our auctions. We may
 be able to provide limited information in English\, French or Spanish. We 
are unable to provide assistance in other languages. The enforcement of a l
ien by public auction constitutes an exercise of public authority and must 
be conducted in German as the official language. If you do not have a compl
ete command of German\, you are requested to appoint an interpreter to assi
st you in understanding the auction announcement\, the Conditions of Auctio
n and all other relevant documents accurately and in full. If you do not un
derstand the wording of this announcement\, please instruct a translator or
 use suitable online translation tools. Bids may be submitted in person\, o
nline\, by telephone upon request or in writing. Telephone bidding is subje
ct to prior agreement and staff availability. Written bids must be received
 and confirmed by us no later than 24 hours before the auction begins in or
der to be taken into consideration. Timely registration and receipt of the

nstrument of Transfer The instrument transferring title will be executed im
mediately after payment in full of the invoice comprising the hammer price 
and the buyer&rsquo\;s premium. It will subsequently be sent by registered 
post with acknowledgement of receipt. Auction Notice Acting in the name and
 on behalf of the entitled party\, in the name and for the account of a thi
rd party\, we shall sell the property by public auction pursuant to the war
ehouse keeper&rsquo\;s statutory lien on 23 October 2026\, commencing at 12
:00 noon. Bids may be submitted in writing\, by telephone or by way of adva
nce bidding until 23 October 2026. Online bidding will also be available. E
very bid is deemed to have been submitted on the basis of the bidder&rsquo\
;s own inspection and assessment. By submitting a bid\, the bidder confirms
 that he has independently inspected the auctioned property or has consciou
sly waived the opportunity to conduct such an inspection. The lot will be k
nocked down to the highest bid available at the place and time of the aucti
on\, whether submitted in advance or made personally. Prior registration an
